KC is either incompetent, manipulative or a liar - what other explanation can be for his track record of talks versus facts? Regardless of the reason, he's clearly not the CEO we need as shareholders, just look at the SP before the presumably imminent DFS.
Now, I say this before every AGM for years now and every year he sells some more serpent oil and quite a few here comes to his defence because "surely not long now, keep the boat steady, one more chance, etc". No doubt this year will not be different. Still, in order to reserve the right for an "I told you so", let me repeat: can we please make sure we all vote on the resolutions of the AGM this year and don't just let proxies follow the board recommendations? Anyone ever managed to add a resolution on the list, e.g. a vote of confidence (or lack of it) in the CEO and requirement to appoint a new following a nomination period and vote if he fails to secure the majority?
Just because things aren't likely to go different this year it doesn't mean we shouldn't do the right thing and use our voting rights. That's how companies/democracies get hijacked for the benefit of the few.
