Yeah total lack of accountability. Some have excused KC based on the fact that he has a very real limit of power due to the EMH's stake of 49% in the project, however, this shouldn't stop him from being proactive in market communications/updates. It is just really poor. Additional to the above, whilst Geomet's external communications could be constrained by CEZ, EMH's communications shouldn't be as CEZ has nothing to do with EMH.
I reiterate @tsibis and @Monad messages: it is time to clean up the house, lets attempt to vote KC out. Proxies will always take majority of AGM votes by default, but at least lets display our discontent. If you are tired of delays, lack of market updates and blatant lies ("We are expecting to have a steady stream of news in the coming quarters" - KC) lets send a strong message.
The fact that EMH stopped communicating project schedule or/and timeline for the upcoming milestones should be questioned as well. The approach of 'if we don't tell them, they won't ask' does not work here. Shareholders have put their money and their trust into the BOD of EMH, they have to report to us on the upcoming project milestones, they serve us and expend our money - if we do not see the output it is a problem.
