I wonder if the TOP20 will have something to say at AGM. I know lately NAB WBC have indicated via other companies which have had problems leaving the banks out of pocket that: "last minute changes such as fixed and floating charges etc" may be contested in the courts as they could have been designed to give unsecured creditors an unfair security over assetts. I wonder if the Hawkswood fixed and floating charge could well be viewed in the same way? DYOR
