I agree Gandalf .
I think the anger is also being largely misdirected .
It is really the opposition who has been one of the main drivers of this ,along with some faceless villains with another agenda.
The government may have pandered too much to the opponents ,but probably doing their best against very determined opponents ,whatever their agenda.
They cant appear to be too dismissive and arrogant.This would be politically difficult for them . As long as delays are minimal ,its probably worth getting right .
