There was a project in Australia for 40m.
It was built on land promised by the govt to the developer
Only problem was the govt did not own it. The farmer was willing to sell it but someone forgot the contracts
Got there after it was built

Malaysia politics but no blame to malysian govt or it's people

I wish our govt was different then Lyc may have built here and benefit oz with new projects.
