re: shame etc rogues rogues -

I dont think the co. is to blame - after all they have been posting anns stating the relationship with the government etc. - research on the government then shows the fine line these guys were towing....

optimism by the co. thinking they could pull a government into line and having the government back rrs is / was - again optimistic - but then rrs has a reason - an extremely good resource....I would like to be optimistic too.....

you can buy so many people - but when it comes to third world volatility - everyone likes to think they are in charge - and while rrs is offering a carrot in the shape of revenue and kickbacks for the government in power - everyone wants to be in power....

My thoughts are for rrs to take a step back - let them work out their differences - let them establish some sort of heirachy - then come back to the negotiating table....
