agreed with the ownership however that has nothing to do with lcy/nmdc JV...NMDC wants to buy half of LCY(may be full but FIRB only allows 50% foreign investment)...so nmdc and legacy going down on the path of giving NMDC a chance to get 50% stake and maximum cash...obvisously to get maximim cash to issue 100% shares for NMDC and that way they acquire 50% lcy...so lcy and NMDC will be come JV and NMDC will be customer to buy all ore...however They sought valuation of Mt Bevan to decide the valuation the value of 50% stake in LCY....simply LCY will remain same its just that NMDC will own LCY..
