    If the lcy offer has a number of covenants etc in it (which it will), ie off take agreements at Mt Bevan etc etc hawthorn as a jv partner would be legally privy to the offer, or at least anything offered as a joint venture such as off take agreements to the jv. True? This probably being the case is reason enough for the haw t/h. dyor imo
