I think HAW are feeling a bit ripped off and hence the request to view the valuation prior to LCY making their move. They must be talking to their lawyers I feel.

In the meantime LCY has placed a caveat on the lease as part of the deal with the Indians to ensure it all goes to plan without any hiccups.

Interesting times.
