Nice find trent, but in all honesty it wasn't required becaue I would have thought the Independent Valuation carried out by NMDC would have confirmed all of this, hence a binding offer submitted.
Surely some people can't be that naive to think that LCY would spend 3.5 mill without ensuring they have security over the asset.
