OK, so for everything that they have done in the last 24 months, which is more than they have accomplished in 10 years, you want to pay out on them for things that are out of their control?
Oh...that's right. A strong management team would be playing hardball and threatening the PM of India for not speeding up a national agenda that is attempting to transform the livelihoods of over 1 billion people.
