As I have been preaching the last 6 months, there is nothing wrong with our tech but our managment suck.
Why?
No communication. No updates. Nothing.
The level of professionalism within the corridors of ECT seems to be something that many traders make a mockery of.
I love having to check hot copper to get the latest from old mate who spoke with management last week and they said thumbs up, everything is going well.
Isnt that reassuring?
