I cannot believe that this crowd get away with just closing up shop and then nothing seems to be done about it. They dont appear to have to be accountable to anyone or any authority. No wonder the market and investors are so sceptical of dealing in shares. When a Co. can just shut up shop, call for a suspension and not have to provide decent reports for what is now nearly 18mths is criminal. If I owed someone money for this long I'd be so embarrassed I'd feel like I had stolen it under false pretences. I wonder if the Directors of Cape have any such feelings and if they sleep easy of a night??.
This is a sad indictment on the share market and its lack of making some companies accountable to the pulic and more importantly, their shareholders. Shame on the Company and also shame the controling bodies.
