Agreed, It's been nothing short of grubby.
Publicly listed companies have obligations to ALL shareholds and need to comply in every respect to listing rules and the Corporations Act.
Sadly the AGM this coming Friday will probably see the board remain firmly in the hands of 'mates and relatives'.
So much for independence.
