None of what has been written in the announcements changes the fact that for all the promises by Simon Ehrenfeld in the past five years, the company has seen a substantial deterioration reflected in the share price.
With news of two loyal board members fleeing the boardroom reaching us faster than the rats up the funnel of the Titanic, obsequiece fawning endorsements of his failed political aspirant buddy, Paul Stevenage (an accountant it is said!)to once again offer 'independence! to the board, Simon Ehrenfeld needs to understand this is hardly inspiring.
With he and his cousin Jeremy Cousins possessing only a minor shareholding in this public company, they need to step aside gracefully from their role in Eftel snd let someone else operate the company.
Simon Ehrenfeld, we don't care how long you've been married. I would have though it good business sense to keep family matters out of the AGM announcements.
