& your opinion as to the suitabilty of a board comprised totally of relatives?

Now that that is out it's hard to imagine anyone that is not related to SE wanting to own shares in the co.

Rumour has it that SE privately offered to step down as CEO on the condition that he become Executive Chairman.
Not surprisingly the offer was rejected as it would mean no effective change in command & probably give SE grounds to argue for higher remuneration ie in line with other Executive Chairmen.
Did he think the opposition was dumb enough to fall for that?
