What slander are you referring to? Are you qualified to make this assertion?

I personally wish to have an independent Board. When we tried to get one last time, properly convened Board meetings where effectively stopped due to lack of quorum by Simon removing his brother from the Board.

Unfortunately while the current bunch are on the Board we have NO independence, and the current executive rely on Simon for their livelihood. No independence there either ....
