What gets me is ...
1) that Jurgen Steinert announces the proxies favouring Matthew Bretherton call are invalid based on a 'legal opnion'. Ok so provide the legal opinion otherwise provide the proxies. But no that didn't happen did it?
2) Also why were those proxies excluded by Steinert if as he suggested they wouldn't have changed the result any way.
