    How about letting everyone know what the the proxies were that were disallowed?

    I understand that board member and acting chair for the EGM to remove Simon Ehrenfeld, Jurgen Steinert DIDN'T make the proxies available for scrutiny to all present at the meeting. And as is customary the numbers are made available in their entirety.

    What was the full extent of proxies and how did they fall for and against Simon Ehrenfeld.
