    How the 65% that voted for Cottee and BOD did just that has me bug gared as well.

    Unless they all have bought way less than the MB 20c, but do not know but would like to know the breakdown in SH's buy in price.

    So, the 65% happy with the CTP prior to SoA vote status quo, of Cottee's doom and gloom, and of not giving a stuff and not interested with what the company does, as they are in the money around 20c, IMO, ironically shows they are the share holders that Cottee was trying to get rid of when he consolidated 5:1, for company stability, etc.

    IMO, if there were more long term holders, (most of who probably have sold out), the SoA and 249d votes would have had a lot more against BOD and Cottee.
