@redant if you still aren't following me research why renounceable rights issues are so important for an existing shareholder in maintaining their original % stake in a business when capital is raised and how this is not the case with CR Rule 7.1
Venture capital investors usually have the option to tip in additional capital (if required) and still maintain their original % stake
They also have the option to sell the business if this is no longer a viable proposition
That's my understanding anyway
