Just understand the difference between venture capital and small caps on the ASX is all I am saying And don't be under any delusion how it can come at an enormous cost to those who believe they have exclusive benefits to any upside. They don't. Corporate laws and rules in this country do not protect their rights as shareholders from decisions made at board levels in listed companies It's up to BOD's to respect those rights.
