shandong - expertise & equipment knowledge

Now putting aside all the negatives posters have been whining about (probably quite legit). Are Shandong professing to be a group with good knowledge and access to technologies and equipment ? Do they bring to the table the ability to reduce timelines and lower operating and start up costs ? If they have the ability to assist us shareholders to double production and exploration in a good timeframe and deliver returns sooner than we would reasonably be capable of on our own.. Whats the problem ? We are all in it for a $ and usually whats good for the goose is good for the gander .. Surely Shandong are not going to Loan quarter of a billion $ to drive the value of their investment into the ground while repaying their loan with no return on investment ?? Time to stand back and have a good look at this Proposal , I am thinking .. Could be wrong , may be not .. Dunno , time will tell and I am staying in ..long term , fingers crossed
