I would ask for 51% as asked by Shandong.
I would ask for a good ROE and ROI.
I wouldn't want FML using all the 228 million by going on a exploration and expansion rampage and dry up the bank account in 2-3 years.
I would have management KPI set regarding dividend and share price.
I would make sure that my Money is used appropriately and make management accountable.
I would make sure there is share consolidation down the line to remove the share price volatility.
I would see there is no more capital raise in future and I would block any such attempt by management.
