Hi SS and Fitnfam,
Bet was about calling a cash raising by 30th Sept and as such has nothing to do with seeking an investment by a cornerstone investor.
I believe the bet was made on the basis of what most shareholders consider as the normal procedure of the company going to the market to raise capital.
The bet was not about raising cash, per say, but the methodology.
Think both of you should walk away from this slanging match bet on the basis it is a draw, and concentrate on providing some valuable input to what is going on with this share placement deal.
