It's a capital raising by any other name Sharpshooter.
Don't really see how anyone can argue differently when the whole thrust of your call over these last few months has been that FML will need loads more funds if they continued in the way they were operating.
To argue that it is not a capital raising because that isn't the name for it on the can is extraordinarily tenuous in my opinion but hey ho!
