    something happened to shane oliver midway through the 'race'...

    7-8 years ago he came up with a graph that was showing that houses were 30% higher than Long term average...then, slowly slowly he drifted to spruik-side...

    its a mistery...i'll ask him next time i run into him !

    (i'm thinking AMP bosses intervened..who knows)
