    I have a very large holding and have been speaking to other large holders . The very least Directors have a duty of care to their shareholders and with recent announcements there appears to be a disconnect between perceived values as announced and the Directors acceptance of this offer. At least an independent commissioned report should be commissioned. Early days!k
