You've summed it up my friend. Absolutely disgusting behaviour in my opinion, and certainly not acting with the shareholders best intentions in mind. Mighty Kingdom, where it currently stands, has tremendous potential to become a national, if not a global powerhouse for games based out of Adelaide. Shane Yeends track record is amazing. He sees something in MKL... And Adelaide needs a place for game developers. So many young uni students get their start at MK, it's important to keep it alive.
But it seems that the board must go, or the only way we are headed is bankruptcy or a sale resulting in a loss of shareholders money. I wonder why Michelle is buying up at $.01? Does she plan to sell the company at $.02 for a quick sale for herself and a huge loss for actual believers/investors in the company?
I look forward to going to the AGM and watching this all conclude. Although I'm not a game developer or really in the space, several of my friends from high school got their start in the industry at MK. So I'll be there as an investor to support them. Fully voted for Gamestar+ as per the site, with Shane as the proxy.
