I was immediately suspicious when the change of Chinese leadership was used as the excuse for non payment. I'm still wondering if it has something to do with court cases, (perhaps even the one involving Cougar) Qld government policy re UCG or AD's departure.

I know it's very un-businesslike but I wonder if management would consider suspending the technology fee upfront, get the panel operational then take royalty payments. At this point in time we need a panel actually producing gas. We know the technology works at Bloodwood Creek, we need to show the rest of the world that the technology works in another location as well.
