Albert, fair point if this was the only instance, however, this is set against a background of consistent non-disclosure, tricky statements, omissions, "sorry we weren't awares" etc etc. These have occurred again and again, over a long time. Well before anyone had heard of Ian Shapiro, Barry Saergent etc.
One side has clearly laid out its case, with 90% of the facts easily verified and consistent with statements made by the ConCourt. ...and its not NKP.
Don't get me wrong, i don't want it to be so, but I must be realistic. You can choose to accept or ignore the situation of course.
