    well I think Lee decided it was lehrmann. You may have a different opinion but my guess is you haven’t been trained to go through evidence, listen to the parties to make sense of it, put aside opinions while reviewing evidence and ploughing on with the wading. In the end every judge makes decisions on the balance of what is before them. When it’s a jury decision they do the same

    I’m not suggesting judges don’t err. They do and that’s why we have an appeal system But I am suggesting that they are more likely than you to be capable of objectivity. Tell me if you listened to every second of evidence and gave read all the pages of the judgement. If you have done that you are a step ahead of most.
