It will mean the judge can make a default judgement against Sharaz, in that he has withdrawn his defence, so will default an acceptance to the claim.
Sharaz and Higgins can see the writing on the wall, I’d suggest their govt settlement would be eaten up by Reynolds legal cost and then likely still have damages on top.
