We can only go on Justice Lee's findings, and on that basis Higgins and Sharaz have defamed Reynolds. Its not a defamation judgement, it will be a court ordered judgment which is enforceable in France (anywhere in Europe). No different to if you were to default on loans owed to a bank, they will issue a judgement on you an seek enforcement across partnered countries (which is most).
Their accounts will be frozen and every asset they own in Australia will be seized as reparation against the judgement. It wouldn't be smart for Higgins or Sharaz to attempt to conceal funds or default on the judgement. They aren't rich enough to escape paying up.
