Linda's already mortgaged her house to be able to afford the defamation case in Perth.

Chasing any judgement through the French courts would become even more expensive - probably to the point where she'd be lucky to get enough money to pay the lawyers, and likely get nothing for herself.

$2.4M is pretty much all Britney has and the most that Linda could hope to access.

Not a lot of money - especially if you go international - look at the legal bill Bruce is stuck paying.

Linda would become the woman who mortgaged her house so that she could bankrupt a rape victim - over a social media post from the rape victim's boyfriend.

To my mind that is not exactly the repair of reputation Linda is after.

I would daresay if the court finds in Linda's favour she will likely get financial backing from someone to enforce the judgements.

Again, it wouldnt be wise for Higgins and Sharaz to attempt to avoid meeting their obligations under the judgement.

Reynolds is within her rights to go after them, irrespective of the alleged occurrences, they targeted her as collateral political damage
