It actually has got something to do with Lerhmann, as he was sacked and Brittany wasn't even though she was guilty of the same security breach. I'm sure a judge would be curious to question why Lerhmann was sacked and Brittany got flown to Perth. There's a whole different area of Govt behaviour which has not been tested yet, and this defamation claim will do that.
