Non withstanding Justice Lee's gut feel law of probabilities, I get the distinct feeling the majority of people on the Bondi tram don't share his opinion, many preferring the "it takes two to tango" conclusion.

As I understand it Justice Lee was not able to consider all the evidence such as that in the Moller report. Labor will be working to keep Brittany and others out of the witness box.
