No, I highly doubt even if we got a 50% partner, they would hold any shares in lithiumCo
GoulaminaCo would be the holding company in goulamina. from there, a random amount of shares eg 1k shares created with lithiumco holding 500 and partner holding 500 shares. obviously, that’s before adding gov in later etc.
lithiumCo would want a low registry. As it is still a specie, there’s massive value in having room to expand without destroying holder value through cap raise etc. helps with unforeseen costs, changes in global economics, expansion etc.
I would imagine lithiumCo will be made up of existing holders (free shares) and share placement (both to existing holders and new). I believe it would be unlikely the project partner would be onboard in Company shares.
