AVZ, WAF, PRU & CDV (eventually taken over) all manage to trade at a reasonable valuations despite similar locations ( arguably worse in some cases). So the argument that investment into Africa is tough doesn't hold water.
Even RSG was well valued before its multitude of operational issues and spiraling debt.....
