If someone wanted to build a huge stake on market we would see a massive rally towards our true value.
At the moment our market cap is about $A176 mill. Goulamina post tax NPV is about $A1200 mill.
So we have the ridiculous situation where our Gold businesses plus our Lithium business under the same roof is valued by the market at only 15% of our post tax Lithium NPV.
To add salt to the wound our Gold business has a Plant which would cost around $A300 mill to build to process our Gold.
Plus we are heading towards 3 mill ounces of GOLD with 2.5 mill ann'd.
Plus our Lithium resource is open with expansion possibilities.
Plus further GOLD discovery possibilities.
................and Lithium is coming up off the bottom of a cycle.
Anyone game to say the Market is rational?

My view is the Doc doesn’t like lithium deep down and Goulamina especially. Because, You don’t give up on a downstream strategy because prices are temporarily depressed—that forecast for SC prices was well known via reporting agency including Macquarie, nor can covid-19 be an excuse.

Something else is the reason
