This is amazing! I think you have an unusual situation. COMSEC could not help. They said the shares will be issued today and available tomorrow for selling. This is my understanding as well. If however you are not CHESS sponsored but are issuer sponsored you could in theory sell today.
That said, it is interesting don't you think that buyers are lined up at spp price? Could it be SOL creepeing?
