Can we all just sit back and take a deep breath and think about this. NC has re built the company over three years. He is slowly handing over more tasks to Dirk (as he should) as succession plans are important
New staff are being added, and Dirk is trying to find his feet and understand how things are done the NC way. Do those that moan not want to see a Buisness grow. Alexium is an ever growing Buisness which provides us good information.
We all know, all is on track. Let people find their feet. We can't expect (as much as we would all love to) NC to run the place 100% forever
New leaders have to learn and silly mistakes like wording happen. We really need to move past this.
Watch out for news because I know it's there. We will rebuild and come back better.
