I hope that two guys who are REALLY adding value to this company - Ian Levy and geologist Lindsay Newnham - have each got a big chunk of options to reward them for their sterling contributions.
Particularly Lindsay, who is one of the finest geologists you will ever meet, and who (I understand) is largely responsible for building the Ni inventory which after all is the main asset of the company.
