    Equity linked assets are derivatives of WEB. They are held to hedge against something. Can't remember exactly what they are hedging against, but I assessed it as reasonable at the time.

    As for convertible notes, what happens if SP is below the $5.55 conversion price when they mature. That is what worries me.
