    I think MEO management are very shrewd.

    Buy 47 million shares at 14c-15c. When drilling of Heron 3 is near the share price will probably be in the mid to high 20s. Do a share placement of 47 million shares at a price somewhere in 20s. The same number of shares will be on issue and the company will have an extra 3-4 million in cash.
