    Ok Thanks Biggig,

    So shares were actually not bought back at all and shares on issue reduce by 333,067, under the terms said employee does not actually have any risk of loss from borrowing money to buy shares and director buying shares looks good to holders but was actually a no lose proposition to the director.

    Man this financial system is forked.
