I have had a long ahrd look around and decided to put some dosh into this one on my SMSF
This is a long term (2 or 3 years I think at least) dividend play. 8.4 % approx at todays price FF which makes all grossed up around 11 % or so. That is excellent value and with uncertainty around the market this one is quite stable. So in I am for the long haul and hope to build up teh protfolio on dips and future cash availability.
