If the Board are confident of getting a deal done for SDV in near future, that means free up lots of capital in hand.
An aggressive or modest buy back is the go.
Shares buy back of upto (open ended) 5 % or even 10% of total shares issued over next 12 months commencing 1st of July.
How difficult is that to get it going ?
I don't think is their intention to go with the share buy back, they just like to talk about it.
