I'd be happy with a small buy back at this price or buying some other cheap asset. Outside of that they should stop burning cash.
Clearly either the demand for Lithium is not here at the moment or the converters/battery manufacturing capability is not in place to use all the Lithium supply that is currently available.
When the demand and manufacturing capacity comes online the price of lithium will go back up and so will the share price, if we need more cash then we can do a CR at a much higher share price and/or and SDV partner will be found.
