That's a pretty big spread to pitch a forecast price at.
Seriously, if that's not the biggest flip-flop I have ever seen from a so-called investment professional............ I used that description very lightly. MS remind me of something else beginning with a "P" and they too are involved in monetary transactions (generally cash).
